Refund Policy

Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be credited back to your account. Please send us a photo of the item that you are unable to use and a description of the issue with that item. The item will either be replaced on your next delivery or you will receive a credit for the item. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order.

All orders submitted must be paid for. Refunds are not available if you forget to pick up your order or if you forget to hold your order before the deadline each week.
